Janet Truong

Janet is a Legal Project Manager and, as a member of the Corporate / M&A practice group, focuses on transactions in the Life Sciences & Healthcare sector. As a Legal Project Manager, she acts as the main point of contact for the entire project team of the respective transactions and coordinates an interdisciplinary team of around 30 lawyers at Taylor Wessing. 

As the interface between clients and advisory teams, she uses agile project management methods to ensure a value-added process in the end-to-end transaction lifecycle. In addition, Janet Truong is involved in the operational development of the transaction business by developing and implementing efficiency enhancements. This also includes the selection and application of software solutions that serve an innovative project delivery of the transaction business (such as M&A transaction platforms and legal tech solutions).

Janet Truong also holds a PRINCE2® Agile Foundation certification.
