Dr. Jakob Christiansen advises national and international companies on corporate compliance and corporate litigation. A key focus of his work is the implementation and further development of preventive compliance management systems.
In addition, Dr Jakob Christiansen assists companies in conducting internal investigations in cases of (suspected) compliance violations as well as in regular compliance risk analyses. He also advises companies and private individuals in judicial and extrajudicial disputes, with a particular focus on liability issues relating to compliance breaches and other corporate law disputes. After several years of professional experience, he joined Taylor Wessing in 2026 and is based in the firm’s Hamburg office.
