As an experienced expert in the field of managing litigation, he advises his clients on all disputes in court relating to individual and collective law.
A further focus of his expertise is on restructurings and international transactions. Nico has special experience in the area of planning virtual employee profit-sharing schemes and in the creation and enforcement of non-compete covenants. He also increasingly advises employment agencies in the area of compliance. In addition, Nico is a regular speaker at APSCo Deutschland GmbH.
