For many years, Daniel has been advising domestic and foreign investors, financial institutions and companies on all aspects of real estate law, in particular on major real estate transactions and complex financing structures.
In the course of managing larger portfolio acquisitions, a further focus of his advisory activities is the active asset management of commercial and residential real estate, including the management of real estate in crisis, and in particular commercial property and tenancy law, contract law and aspects of public building and planning law.
