Dr. Martin Bartlik, LL.M. (McGill)

First as a corporate lawyer, then as a judge, and finally as a notary – Martin’s multi-faceted career reflects his diverse interests and excellent legal knowledge. Combined with his international experience, this makes him a sought-after adviser for global minded institutional and private wealth clients.

As a notary, he primarily advises on M&A and real estate transactions as well as family offices in the structuring of family corporate entities. Martin also has extensive knowledge in the hotel/leisure sector, which is frequently called upon by banks, investors and hotel operators. He routinely represents clients in court, a setting with which he is very familiar thanks to his position as a judge at the Frankfurt Regional Court. Martin regularly gives lectures and publishes articles on specialist topics.
