Kate is an Associate in the Planning and Environment team, which is part of the firm's Real Estate group. She advises clients on a broad range of transactional and contentious planning matters, including judicial reviews, appeals, and enforcement proceedings. Her clients include developers, sports clubs, banks, and the firm's private clients.
She provides environmental and planning advice on diverse assets, from commercial property portfolios and football training grounds to landed estates. Kate also works alongside colleagues in banking and finance, private client, and real estate to carry out due diligence on acquisitions and financings, advise on planning and development strategies, and negotiate planning agreements.
