Bridget has extensive corporate tax experience across the diverse range of transactions undertaken by the firm underscored by a particular expertise in advising on the tax aspects of complex/cross-border M&A and private equity transactions as well as joint venture and venture capital arrangements. Bridget's client portfolio includes companies at every stage of development, from start-ups to listed entities and UK and non-UK persons. Bridget has developed a particular focus on innovation in the technology, life sciences and energy and renewables sectors and is the tax and incentives lead for ESG at Taylor Wessing.
