Naomi is an associate in our Intellectual Property team, with a strong focus on patent law.
She provides strategic legal advice to clients on a wide range of intellectual property matters, including patents, copyrights, trademarks, and design rights. She works on both contentious and non-contentious matters, assisting clients with IP litigation, enforcement strategies, licensing, and commercial transactions.
With a solid foundation in Dutch law, Naomi has also earned a Master of Laws (LLM) degree in the United States, equipping her with valuable insights into both European and U.S. intellectual property and corporate law. Her expertise enables her to support clients in navigating complex IP challenges across multiple jurisdictions.
