Lilian has extensive experience in several areas of employment law, including in reorganisations, individual disputes and the HR elements of mergers and acquisitions. She supports both domestic and international clients from a variety of sectors.

She enjoys working closely with clients as a business partner, taking time to understand their commercial objectives while helping them navigate legal challenges effectively.
