Iris is an associate in our Intellectual Property practice group. With a robust background in both Law and Business Economics, Iris combines her expertise in IP law with a strong understanding of market dynamics, branding, and business strategy.
Iris is skilled in copyright, trademark, design law, and advertising law as well as regulatory matters. She has experience in litigation as well as advisory work, always striving to find the solution that responds best to the client’s needs. Her dual education gives her a sharp analytical edge, allowing her to approach complex legal challenges with a comprehensive view.
For three years, Iris mostly worked on patent law matters and has substantive experience with proceedings at the UPC. Her procedural knowledge provided a valuable toolbox that guided many clients through UPC proceedings. Currently, Iris focuses more on trademark, copyright, and design right matters.
As a disciplined and dynamic young professional, Iris consistently aims to deliver innovative solutions bringing a unique perspective to every new case.
