Ulf is an expert in complex financing matters and the first point of contact for many clients. Financial investors, private equity investors and national and international banks rely on his advice. Balanced and pragmatic, always with the commercial interests of his clients in mind, he advises and negotiates for lenders and borrowers.

His expertise is particularly sought after for acquisition financing, restructuring and corporate financing. Ulf also advises on banking regulatory issues, real estate loan financing and project financing. Not least thanks to his training as a banker and secondments in well-known credit institutions, he is very familiar with the processes and requirements of banks.

Advising BayernLB on the financing of 18 Alstom Coradia Stream electric multiple units for the Ostsee-Alster subnetwork. The lessor of the multiple units is a special purpose vehicle of DAL (Deutsche Anlagen-Leasing GmbH & Co. KG). The transaction supports the electrification of regional rail transport.

BayernLB – Financing emission-free fuel cell local trains

Advising BayernLB on the financing of three local trains with emission-free fuel cell propulsion for regional train services in the Mühldorf 2025+ network. The lessor of the multiple units is a special purpose vehicle of DAL (Deutsche Anlagen-Leasing GmbH & Co. KG). The mandate combines innovative mobility solutions with structured project financing.
