Jan is a partner in the Corporate/M&A practice group at the Düsseldorf office. He provides comprehensive advice to national and international companies on corporate law matters as well as on mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and private equity (PE) transactions. In doing so, he assists clients with all aspects of a transaction, from the preparation and structuring of the process through contract negotiations, management buyouts, closing the transaction, and subsequent restructurings.
