Kris advises national and international companies, investors, and the public sector on all economically relevant areas of environmental, regulatory, and real estate law.
His core areas of practice are development and approval projects in the real estate, energy, and infrastructure sectors, including the creation of building rights and the planning and implementation of energy plants (solar, wind, and battery storage projects) and real estate projects (production and industrial facilities). He has extensive experience in transactions relating to environmental or planning law, as well as in environmentally sensitive projects and ventures with complex regulatory requirements (contaminated sites, accident risks).
In addition, he represents clients in connection with environmental regulatory projects that create new or increased requirements for the affected industries and supports them in aligning their projects and business models in a legally compliant and strategically future-proof manner.
In addition to his work as a lawyer, Kris is active as regional manager for Berlin in a nationwide real estate network.
