Advising Hilton Foods Limited on its sale of Fairfax Meadow Europe Limited

Hilton Foods Limited, a subsidiary of Hilton Food Group plc, the international meat and seafood business, has sold Fairfax Meadow Europe Limited to Sysco GB Limited, part of the Sysco Group, for £54 million.

Fairfax Meadow is the UK's leading meat supplier to the foodservice sector and has been operating for more than 50 years. It currently employs 360 people, with production and distribution facilities across Derby, Enfield and Eastleigh. 
 
The sale forms part of Hilton Food Group's wider strategic review, aimed at aligning operations more closely with its core business strengths.
