This year again, the Intellectual Property team led by Karin Pomaizlová, which focuses on filing, prosecuting, and enforcing trademark rights, as well as licensing, unfair competition and domain name disputes, received the prestigious recognition. Clients are typically businesses from the advertising, luxury goods, tobacco and beverage, pharmaceutical, education, IT and software industries.
