Advising fast-growing startup Simplicity (PERRY SOFT a.s.) in an $8.5M seed investment
We have advised Simplicity startup (under PERRY SOFT a.s.) in a $8.5M seed investment round. Simplicity, a smart communication city-to-residents communication platform, focuses on fighting against misinformation and hoaxes in support of local government. Simplicity works as a platform which in real time collects and delivers important information from municipalities to citizens. This seed investment round was backed by Venture to Future, Zero Gravity Capital and Angel Syndicate. Considering the value of this investment round, it belongs among the biggest seed investment rounds executed in Slovakia ever. This transaction drew on the expertise offered by our law firm’s start-up/venture capital fund experts.
