Taylor Wessing advises Tishman Speyer on Financing of Gruner + Jahr Headquaters

Tishman Speyer develops the publishing headquarters of Gruner + Jahr. The office complex at the edge of the harbour, which was completed for Gruner + Jahr in 1990 to designs by the architects Otto Steidle and Jürgen Kiessler, with its significant, listed ship appearance is to be preserved.
