We have advised Triple Point Social Housing REIT plc on its £55 million fundraising comprising an open offer, an offer for subscription and placing, and a further 12-month placing programme.
Triple Point Social Housing REIT plc is a London-based listed real estate investment trust in the supported living sector.
The deal required expertise drawn from across the firm's corporate, financial services regulatory and tax teams.
Commenting on the deal, relationship partner Will Belcher said: "We have worked with Triple Point since its IPO in 2017. It was fantastic to help them execute a successful secondary fundraising in such challenging markets."
The team was led by Amy Coburn and Will Belcher with support from Katie Fellows, Kevin Howard, and Nicole Ng Yuen. Liz Wilson provided tax advice, while Lauren Clarke provided financial services regulatory advice.
Stifel Nicolaus Europe Ltd acted as sponsor, broker and joint financial adviser alongside Akur Capital.
