Advising Monzo Bank on £113 million fundraising for £2 billion valuation

Taylor Wessing has advised digital bank Monzo Bank on its £113 million Series F fundraising round.

Led by Y Combinator's Continuity fund, the investment has seen the post-money valuation of Monzo Bank soar to £2 billion.

The team was led by partner Adrian Rainey (Corporate Technology), with support from partner Charlotte Hill (Financial Services & Competition), senior associate Adam Thatcher, associate Victor Chang and trainee Jess Aston (Corporate Technology).
