Parham is a partner in our Disputes and Investigations team. He regularly acts on the most complex cross-border litigation with particular expertise in financial services disputes and civil fraud.
Parham has acted in some of the most significant commercial cases in the English Courts and takes a commercial and strategic approach to resolving disputes. His cases often involve multiple jurisdictions.
Parham also has extensive experience in investigations, crisis management as well as acting for individuals in a regulatory setting.
He has spent time in-house at two leading investment banks and his clients include continental banks, global corporations, family offices and UHNW.
