An oil trader who was the subject of a world-wide freezing order and proprietary injunction freezing assets up to the value of USD335 million, and who was also one of ten defendants to the underlying proceedings in respect of alleged fraudulent activities involving the interposing of entities into oil trading transactions. 

Clean energy company

Acting for a clean energy company in relation to the misappropriation and misuse of its highly confidential information by a former employee and newly incorporated company, which included obtaining and enforcing a search and seizure order and successfully recovering property and evidence and obtaining injunctions to preserve evidence until the outcome of the proceedings.

Acting for liquidator

Advising liquidator in relation to allegations of breach of confidentiality, compliance with and sanctions for breaching regulatory rules, and removal from office.
