Charlotte specialises in corporate and structured real estate transactions, representing majority and minority investors and shareholders, private equity houses (with a special focus on real estate funds and investment platforms), start-ups, venture capital funds and property developers. Charlotte also has experience in fund formation, fundraisings and fund management, primarily within the real estate sector.
Charlotte advises on a wide range of corporate matters, including M&A, joint ventures and complex shareholder arrangements, with a significant focus on corporate real estate transactions and related strategic investments, including within the hospitality sector. Charlotte also has experience in real estate fund establishment and management, and works cross-jurisdictionally on both UK-based and international transactions.
Charlotte has represented numerous clients, across a range of industries and sectors, with a concentration on the real estate sector. Charlotte takes a holistic approach, and regularly manages multidisciplinary teams as the lead associate on her transactions. Charlotte's transactions traverse a breadth of sectors, including hotels, leisure and restaurants, members' clubs, science parks, data centres and mixed-used developments.

Charlotte is valued for her ability to balance a commercial, straight-talking pragmatic approach on the one hand, with technical expertise on the other, always being fully immersed in the detail on any transaction.
