Christian has extensive expertise in advising issuers and underwriters in connection with establishing and updating debt issuance programs, stand-alone issuances of euro-bonds, green, sustainability-linked and social bonds, convertible and hybrid bonds, regulatory capital, IPOs, and capital increases. In addition, Christian's core expertise extends to debt restructurings (including tender offers and repurchase transactions), (German) Schuldschein loans, registered bonds (n-bonds) as well as commercial paper. Christian is author of several publications relating to capital markets law.
