Martin heads the Disputes & investigations team in the Czech Republic. He focuses on a wide range of civil and commercial disputes on behalf of national and international clients, both before the courts and through alternative dispute resolution mechanisms.
Martin also advises in all areas of restructuring and insolvency matters and has substantial know-how in Competition, EU & trade.
