Yuliya is an associate in the Disputes and Investigations team who advises on a broad range of disputes including complex, cross-border litigation, commercial arbitration, and fraud.
Yuliya also has extensive experience in corporate and contractual disputes involving Eastern Europe and CIS countries with a particular focus on fraud and asset recovery actions as well as shareholder disputes.
