Best People Leaders: Since joining the firm in 2015, Wendy has taken the lead on talent resourcing, advisory and development activities and has driven forward the firm's strategy to enable people to lead, learn and develop in an inclusive environment. She was appointed to the firm’s Board as Director of Talent in 2018.

Wendy is our Chief People Officer. This role covers the HR strategy for the UKIME firm, including the people strategy, resourcing, advisory and skills development for our lawyers and business services colleagues.
