David has over 20 years of experience on a wide range of international criminal and regulatory investigations and litigation. A Trustee appointed by the Pensions Regulator following concerns that monies paid out by the previous Trustees had been unlawfully removed from the Scheme by means of a 'liberation fraud'. In particular, representing the Trustee in an application under s301 of the Proceeds of Crime Act 2002 for the recovery of cash found on the premises of certain persons who had acted as 'introducers' of 'investments' to the Scheme.
