Clare Reynolds is a regulatory lawyer, focusing on the regulation and use of technology across FinTech and financial services, cloud computing, and ICT. 

Clare advises technology companies, FinTechs and financial services firms on emerging regulation in areas including digital resilience, technology outsourcing, AI and payments.

She combines experience working with global technology companies with a background in the financial services sector, meaning she understands the practical challenges of emerging regulation in these areas. She has spent time on secondment at a leading global technology provider and a global payments business.
