Radoslava heads the Slovak Employment, pensions and mobility team. She advises national and international clients on all areas of employment law and employment-law related dispute resolution. She is particularly active in personal reorganisations and the termination of employment relationships in contentious cases, transfer of employees within the framework of complex M&A transactions, as well as advising national and international clients on questions concerning their relationships with trade unions and collective bargaining negotiations.

Radoslava has extensive experience in connection with the optimisation of working time models, internal policies and employment-related documentation. She is often quoted in the media and invited to TV and radio broadcasts. In addition, she regularly speaks about employment-related topics in webinars and conferences and publishes expert articles. Her PhD studies in employment law at the law faculty of Trnava University emphasise her dedication and expertise in this field of law.
