Being a member of the Employment, pensions & mobility team, Agata supports in advising on employment law aspects of M&A transactions, due diligence reviews, transfers of undertakings, and employment restructurings.
Agata also reviews the compliance of internal workplace regulations with applicable labour law provisions and prepares employment contracts, policies, as well as other documentation related to employment matters. Agata also has experience in dispute resolution, in particular employment litigation, as well as personal data protection.
