Jeslin is a counsel (candidate civil-law notary) in our Corporate/M&A and Capital Markets team.

Jeslin advises national and international clients on all aspects of (notarial) corporate law. She focuses her practice on international and multi-jurisdictional reorganisations and restructurings, corporate and M&A related transactions, joint ventures and corporate governance advice (amongst others).
