Stefan is a member of the Practice Area Competition, EU & Trade and advises on all questions of German and EU competition law. Stefan´s main focus is on advising on stand-alone/follow-on civil competition law proceedings, in particular cartel damage claims, on both the claimant and defendant side.

A further focus of his practice is advising on competition law issues related to the digitalization of the economy, such as advice on digital distribution and business models, including advice on the Digital Markets Act. Furthermore, Stefan Horn has in-depth knowledge and experience in the application of competition law in the energy, chemical and sports sector.
