Gwendal is a Tax Partner who will assist developing our M&A and LBO tax structuring expertise + management package.

He assists French and international businesses in matters involving national and international taxation, including M&A transactions, group restructurings, transfer pricing matters, and assistance with tax audits and litigations.

He also assists on management package transactions in addition, he advises directors and owners of family-owned businesses on the transfer and tax structure of business for estate planning purposes.

Gwendal before joining Taylor Wessing in 2020, practiced at EY and PwC for 8 years.

He holds a PhD in tax law from the Rennes University, France.
