Taylor Wessing advises InfraCorp on the acquisition of Infralis from Nasca Group

The law firm Taylor Wessing advised InfraCorp on the acquisition, on 20th December 2024, of Infralis, a subsidiary of Nasca Group specializing in local optical loop infrastructure and long-distance networks. The transaction was carried out via Prizz Telecom, a subsidiary of InfraCorp.

This strategic acquisition enables the InfraCorp group, through its subsidiary Prizz Telecom, which is dedicated to service operators and local authorities, to consolidate its position as the leading independent operator on the French market.

As part of this transaction, InfraCorp has committed to ensuring the continuity of network operations in accordance with the high standards established by the Infralis teams, while accelerating expansion projects related to the infrastructure sold.

Through this transaction, Netalis, another Nasca Group subsidiary dedicated to the French B2B market, becomes a customer of Prizz Telecom. The two companies will thus continue their long-term commercial and technical partnership.
