Malissa is a Counsel of the Employment Law practice group in Brussels. She advises both national and international companies on all HR-related matters, with a dedicated expertise in dismissals, reorganizations and acquisitions, union relations, collective disputes and social inspections.
Malissa also represents companies and individuals before court. Her experience extends across various sectors with a particular focus, during the last 5 years, on providing strategic and tailored legal solutions to clients in the dynamic realms of retail and aviation.
Malissa’s goal is always to try to combine a deep understanding of Labour law with a proactive no-nonsense approach to navigate the complex landscape of workplace dynamics.
