Iman Torabia is a counsel as well as an attorney at law and a member of the Real estate & construction team. In addition, she supports in advising national and international clients on all areas of Corporate/M&A as well as Banking & finance law matters with a particular focus on the according industry sectors.
She focuses on legal advice related to the development and acquisition of complex real estate projects, as well as the execution of construction projects related to hotel, commercial (office), and residential properties.
Iman is an author of various publications in the field of corporate and real estate law. She was also a lecturer at the University of Vienna, faculty of Economics and Business Administration (Institute of Economics and Law, ordinariate for private and business law).
