International Women's Day 2022

Today, 8 March 2022, is the 111th International Women's Day. This year's theme is #BreakTheBias and focuses on gender stereotypes and prejudices. We want to use this occasion to draw attention to these very inequalities and prejudices and promote the importance of a gender balanced workplace.

Not only do we want to inspire, but we also want to make women more visible.

That's why we asked our colleagues around the world what gender equality means to them. Together, we can all #BreakTheBias - see for yourself.
