Acquisition of chemical production branch located in the UK on REACH Regulation and the impact of BREXIT

A major challenge of this international cross-border transaction was compliance under REACH regulation of both the UK-located chemical production; the supply chain for chemicals from outside the EU and outside the UK; and the crossborder distribution of chemical products outside the EU and outside the UK in particular post Brexit.
