Harald is an expert in civil and procedural law with strong communication skills. He advises clients, primarily from the fields of technology, industry and trade, on civil law disputes and presents complex issues precisely and comprehensibly. Whether in tort law, commercial law, contract law or insolvency law, he has extensive experience in challenging legal disputes.
His expertise is illustrated by his regular appearances before state courts and arbitration tribunals (ICC, DIS, ad hoc). Whilst a determined negotiator, Harald is also a trained business mediator and an expert in achieving settlement. He successfully brings parties together through mediation and other alternative dispute resolution procedures.
