He supports the efficient structuring of supply and distribution chains from both a commercial and distribution law perspective, as well as in terms of product compliance. He also represents and advises clients in and out of court during product crises.
His practice includes advising globally active manufacturers and distributors. Ulrich provides guidance throughout the entire product life cycle – from gaining access to the European single market to defending against unjustified liability claims – and in connection with product recalls or withdrawals. As a certified CE-Officer (TÜV Süd), Ulrich has first-hand insight into industry practice. He regularly publishes and speaks on product compliance topics.
