His clients include strategic and institutional investors (Corporates / Private Equity). With his extensive transactional experience of almost two decades he advises clients especially in the chemical, life sciences, healthcare, industrials, automotive, technology, financial services and retail sector.
Stephan is intimately familiar with the specifics of these industries, among other things due to his previous work as Group General Counsel of a global chemical and pharmaceutical group.
