BWK GmbH Unternehmensbeteiligungsgesellschaft (BWK) is acquiring a majority stake in CONSILIO GmbH, headquartered in Aschheim near Munich. Since founding the company in 1997, Jürgen Löhle has built CONSILIO into a leading mid-sized SAP consulting firm with more than 200 employees. BWK's investment forms part of a succession plan. Jürgen Löhle will, however, continue to serve the company as Managing Director and shareholder. In addition to the existing partner-shareholders, a broad group of CONSILIO employees has also acquired equity stakes in the company.
A team led by financing expert Ulf Gosejacob advised Kreissparkasse Esslingen-Nürtingen on the financing of the acquisition. "Business services companies continue to be a key target for investors. We are pleased to advise clients on these investments with the technical expertise and regulatory know-how required for such transactions," said Ulf Gosejacob, Partner in the Banking & Finance practice at Taylor Wessing.
