Cristina has many years of experience advising companies on all aspects of corporate law. She focuses on advising and managing national and international restructurings and M&A transactions for strategic and financial investors. Cristina has special expertise in the transport and logistics sector, the chemical industry, and the life sciences & healthcare sector. Among her clients are German small and medium-sized companies as well as international group companies.
Cristina studied law at the University of Cologne. She completed her legal training in Cologne, Germany, Malta and London. After being admitted to the bar in 2015, she joined Taylor Wessing as lawyer in the same year.
