Taylor Wessing acted on behalf of Jay and Dympna Coleman on the sale of the leading digital death notice platform, RIP.ie, to The Irish Times Group. Established by siblings Jay and Dympna Coleman in 2005, RIP.ie is Ireland’s leading online platform for death notices, with around 60 million page views a month. RIP.ie allows bereaved families to share information about deaths and funeral arrangements, and visitors to express their condolences and access a range of funeral-related services and resources.
