In the future, the Digital Services Act (DSA) will uniformly regulate the activities of providers of digital services within the EU. Alongside the Digital Markets Act (DMA) and other regulatory projects, the DSA is one of the flagship projects of the European Union as part of a comprehensive European digital strategy. The DSA came into force on 16 November 2022 and will essentially apply as of 17 February 2024.
