Jeremy is an experienced commercial lawyer with particular experience in the Retail, Technology and Sport related sectors, undertaking both contentious and non-contentious matters.
His core disciplines are IP, Technology and Corporate Governance.
He has conducted litigation at all levels in England and Wales and has led teams on multi jurisdictional disputes around the world.
He has concluded many deals often with international aspects.
Jeremy has been variously recommended in Legal 500, Chambers/Chambers Global, IP Stars and WTR (for IP/Technology, Sport and Corporate Governance) for many years.
He also regularly contributes to journals and gives presentations. He co-wrote with a team the Third edition of Designs Law and Practice (LexisNexis). He was a member of the Law Society’s IP Working Party.
