Rachel is a Senior Associate in the Real Estate group based in our Liverpool office. She advises on a broad range of commercial real estate transactions, including investment acquisitions and disposals, development and asset management. Rachel also advises on real estate finance transactions, acting for lenders and borrowers in respect of financing commercial properties.
Rachel works with a variety of clients operating across several sectors, including office, retail and leisure, hospitality, life sciences and logistics.
Rachel is also actively involved in our responsible business programme with a particular focus on sustainability.
