Antony advises on mergers and acquisitions, international expansion and private fundraisings. He acts for clients across a broad range of sectors, but has a particular focus on the technology, energy and life sciences industries.

Antony has both a big firm and a boutique background and previously worked for several quality firms (including De Brauw and deBreij). He has considerable experience in the field of corporate law and strongly focuses on M&A, Venture Capital and Private Equity transactions for the benefit of investors, companies and “qualifying scaleups”. Antony is a true entrepreneur himself. Clients consider him to be smart, solution-driven and “new school".
