Anna is a member of the Technology, Media & Communications (TMC) practice area. She provides comprehensive advice on national and international venture capital and M&A transactions in the technology, telecommunications, internet, e-commerce and media sectors. A particular focus of her work is on the legal structuring and implementation of financing rounds, exits and buy-outs.
