Benjamin Znaty is a counsel in the IP/IT department in Paris. Benjamin’s practice is focused mainly on advising international companies, in their commercial, contractual and regulatory issues in Europe.

Much of his work is focused on technology-rich sectors, including IT software and hardware providers, financial and payment technology providers, e-commerce platforms and digital media industries. He has developed particular expertise in the technology law, including digital communication, data protection and cyber-security. He is regularly involved in writing articles and giving training courses aimed at professionals on recent topics of his areas of practice notably artificial intelligence, internet of things and blockchain.
